The Voice Studio Experience
Ellen Allen Voice Studio offers flexible lesson package options for teen and adult singers. All packages include the following:
Expert vocal instruction.
In your weekly lessons, we'll talk all about growing you vocal technique -- range, projection, breath stamina, and more -- to get that awesome sound you want. We're all about practical approaches to singing here, and approaching your voice in the way that works for YOU. You'll get to know your instrument like never before, and feel awesome while you sing!
Hand-selected repertoire.
Instead of singing the same pieces as everyone else, you'll sing songs you can actually connect with. Repertoire selection is a collaborative process, with you, the singer, bringing your favorite songs to the table, and me, the teacher, curating a list of potential repertoire choices just for you! We're all about singing music we enjoy, AND singing pieces that will help you grow in the ways you desire as a singer.
Studio resources.
Sheet music, accompaniment tracks, warm-up videos, and how-to guides are all included, so you'll be set up for success in your practicing from the get-go. Learning how to practice efficiently and effectively is its own skill, so we work on building that, too!
Coaching.
Whether it's to help you perform better, set realistic practice goals, or combat stage fright, you'll be guided to overcome your doubts and discover your inner awesomeness. I've got a life and wellness coach certification, which means that you get a holistic approach to the voice in your lessons.
Outside-of-lesson support.

In Studio or Online
My studio is located in Reading, MA, and over the years my students have come from Reading, North Reading, Woburn, Wilmington, Andover, North Andover, the North Shore, and greater Boston. I also teach lessons online, so you can be part of the studio no matter where you live! The studio also uses online lessons in cases of inclement weather or illness, so you don't have to miss a lesson.
Package Add-Ons
Studio performance opportunities, in-studio audition recording, and custom performance projects are all available for a separate fee. This way, you can customize your studio experience with what is best for YOU!

To Get Started...
1. Book your free Discovery Call! Just lick the "Book Your Free Call!" button, fill out a brief intake form, and you're all set! We'll chat for about 20 minutes on Zoom and discuss your singing goals in more detail. It's also a great time to ask any questions you have.
2. If we think we might be a good fit, we'll schedule your initial lesson! This 45-minute session is part-consultation, part-voice lesson, during which we'll talk more in detail about your goals, do some singin', and see how we work together.
3. If we feel we're a fit, I'll recommend some repertoire for you, and we'll get your first lesson package up and running!
Pricing
An initial lesson is $85. Different from a "trial lesson" or a "free consultation," this session is a mutual investment during which you will receive personalized vocal instruction, feedback about your singing, and customized recommendations for your next steps.
There are two lesson package options available:
